Paid Media Business Director.

Are you looking for a new role in Paid Media for an award-winning brand performance agency, that specialises in SEO, Data, Search, Media, Creative, PR, UX and Technology? The agency really prides itself in providing all staff with a holistic approach to Digital and Media. The agency is set to onboard major players in the retail and luxury space this year!

As the Business Director, you will be the key point of contact across the internal team and client. You will be responsible for overseeing the activity and growth of each client account. You will oversee all Digital client accounts and work across the following verticals - Sports, FMCG, Retail, Fashion, Cosmetic and Homeware clients!

The Role:

• Responsible for providing clients with Paid Media strategy and Paid Media roadmaps.
• Responsible for acting as the point of escalation for all PPC, Paid Social, Display and Programmatic client accounts.
• Responsible for working with the Managing Director on a range of tasks including, new business, best practice, agency vision, and recruitment.
• Responsible for managing a team of 6 and overseeing all PPC, Paid Social, Display and Programmatic staff deliverables.

The Candidate:

• 6 years plus experience working in Paid Media, either agency, client side or ad-tech experience.
• Experienced in growing paid media client accounts.
• Experienced in working on performance-heavy client accounts.
• Experienced in acting as the point of escalation for clients.
• Experience in managing teams.
