As the Paid Media Director, you'll lead the agency's digital marketing efforts, driving growth for retail, tourism, leisure, and destination brands through bold, results-focused campaigns. This is a key leadership role where your ideas, expertise, and vision will set the direction for performance success.
The Role:
- Lead digital marketing transformation, overseeing Paid Social and Paid Search strategy, execution, and optimisation
- Collaborate with internal teams such as creative, strategy, and analytics to deliver high-impact campaigns
- Inspire and grow a team of digital specialists
- Use insights and innovation to continually improve results
- Develop strong client relationships and contribute to wider strategic discussions
- Spot growth opportunities and proactively pitch new ideas to clients
The Candidate:
- A strong track record in multi-channel digital marketing, including PPC and Paid Social.
- A data-led approach to decision-making, with excellent analytical skills
- A strategic mindset with the ability to both lead and do
