Are you a performance-driven Paid Media expert looking to make a measurable impact in a high-growth, premium brand environment? I am looking for an experienced Paid Media Manager to lead and scale paid advertising for one of London's most iconic restaurant names.

The Role

As Paid Media Manager, you'll take ownership of paid social and paid search performance, shaping strategy, execution and optimisation to fuel growth. You'll play a critical role in expanding brand reach and visibility, ensuring budgets are used effectively while delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage paid social and paid search accounts, delivering against performance targets
• Strategically plan and execute paid media initiatives to drive growth and ROI
• Identify and unlock opportunities for incremental guest acquisition through targeted media strategies
• Continuously monitor, analyse and optimise campaigns using data-driven insights
• Expand media activity beyond search and social into Radio, DOOH and other ATL channels
• Stay ahead of paid media trends, platform updates and emerging tools to drive innovation
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling, on-brand ad assets

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years' experience managing paid social and paid search campaigns
• Background in hospitality, lifestyle or premium brands highly desirable
• Proven track record of planning and executing campaigns that deliver growth and ROI
• Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience optimising performance through data
• Confident communicator, comfortable managing stakeholders and presenting insights
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive and curious - always testing, learning and pushing for improvement
