I am recruiting for a Paid Search professional to join the team as a Paid Search Manager. Someone with proven experience, that can take their Paid Search campaigns to the next level!

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimise Paid Search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads & Metasearch.
• Provide strategic recommendations to boost performance and drive growth.
• Deliver exceptional client service as the main point of contact.
• Manage budgets, financial queries, media payments, and reconciliations.
• Analyse data, produce reports with insights, and lead planning meetings.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and platform developments .

Ideal Candidate:

• 2+ years of hands-on Paid Search experience, ideally in an agency.
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management
• A proactive, analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and problem-solve under pressure.
• Proactive, with the ability to anticipate challenges and take initiative.
• Highly analytical, with strong numeracy and literacy skills and keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
