The Role

As Paid Social Account Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management and long-term development of paid social accounts. You'll work closely with clients to plan and deliver impactful digital strategies, lead creative development, and ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading client relationships and managing expectations
• Developing and presenting paid social strategies and proposals
• Driving creative testing and social-first content development
• Managing internal teams and coordinating workloads
• Running client meetings and quarterly business reviews
• Overseeing reporting, performance tracking, and process improvements
• Identifying opportunities and solving challenges proactively
• Supporting pitches and producing case studies
• Representing the business at relevant industry events
• Staying ahead of platform updates and digital trends

Skills & Experience

We're looking for someone with:

• 3+ years of hands-on Paid Social experience
• Proven success across multiple platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Analytical mindset with confidence in handling data
• Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and attribution models
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and presentation tools
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Awareness of how paid social integrates with other digital channels
