Senior Paid Media Executive

Looking for a Paid Media professional to join the team as a Senior Paid Media Executive. Someone who is passionate about digital advertising, confident with data, and eager to own hands-on delivery across search, social, and programmatic channels. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and want real responsibility from day one, this role is for you.
Responsibilities include:
- Plan, activate, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more
- Monitor and analyse performance, turning data into actionable insights
- Support account teams through client updates, reporting, and presentations
- Work closely with creative, data, and strategy teams to deliver campaigns on brief and on time
- Stay ahead of paid media platform updates and industry trends
Ideal Candidate:
- 2+ years' experience managing paid media campaigns
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Programmatic experience a bonus
- Confident analysing performance data and making clear recommendations
- Highly organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- A proactive self-starter who takes initiative and solves problems independently
