2026 promises to be their exciting year yet, and they are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive (Paid Search & Paid Social) to play a key role in driving growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management

• Own the strategy and execution of paid campaigns across paid social & search channels
• Brief the creative team on marketing activity and required assets
• Develop tailored strategies for each stage of the marketing funnel to drive awareness and conversions
• Analyse channel performance, report on trends, and optimise campaigns to drive growth

Email & Competition Integration

• Plan and schedule ads with the competitions team across multiple channels daily
• Manage email and push notification campaigns, optimising timing, content, and cadence for maximum conversion
• Monitor performance, pivoting to high-performing content based on key metrics
• Research competitors and platform algorithms, applying insights to campaigns

Additional Responsibilities

• Contribute to content creation, assist with competition ideation, scheduling, and live draws

Essential Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years' professional experience delivering paid marketing campaigns and managing budgets
• Strong working knowledge of Meta, Reddit, TikTok, Email, Google Analytics, and related platforms
• Proven track record of successful paid campaign management and growth
• Excellent communication skills, with energy and creativity to continuously innovate
