As the Paid Social Lead, you will play a pivotal role in the Global Paid Media team, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth and longer-term strategy and objectives!
The Role:
- Responsible for designing the short and long-term vision for the Paid Social channel globally.
- Responsible for working with the Head of Media and other Leads, developing an integrated Paid Media strategy for the company.
- Responsible for working with global stakeholders, and influencing stakeholder decisions.
- Responsible for managing 2 Paid Social Managers.
The Candidate:
- 4 years plus experience in Paid Social activation, understanding the entire Paid Social ecosystem.
- Experienced in creating DR and performance-driven Paid Social strategies.
- Experienced in managing direct reports.
- Experienced in managing and influencing internal and external stakeholders.
