Performance director.

Our client is an exciting and growing performance marketing agency in Singapore with fantastic accounts and high-performing teams. They are looking for a Performance Director based in Singapore to develop key client relationships within the APAC region and lead performance delivery on campaigns.

The Role as Performance Director

• Take charge on growing and developing excellent client accounts with leading brands on their performance, social and search campaigns
• Collaborating with senior team members on new business opportunities for the company
• Manage a team, including career development of direct employees
• Budget and forecast management
• Ensuring delivery timelines are set and met for projects
• Working with the team to review results and analysis on how to improve performance and results
• Helping to solve client challenges through performance marketing strategies
• Monitoring high team performance and innovation
• Leading meetings with clients, along with annual reviews
• Closely manage deliverables and KPIs for client projects

Your Experience

• Strong experience working across paid digital performance channels

• Ideally a minimum of 7 years of experience within a digital or performance agency, similar experience may be considered
• Strong understanding of paid media, paid social and performance marketing
• Experience mentoring and managing a team

Your Profile

• Excellent command of English (spoken and written), able to present confidently
• Able to work with and manage a team, as well as individually
