We are working with a long term client of ours who is looking for an experienced Paid Media Manager to join their team on a 4-week freelance contract, with an immediate start.

• Day Rate: £200-£250/day (Inside IR35)

• Start Date: Immediate

The Role:

You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising paid media campaigns across TikTok Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and Google Ads. Working closely with the internal marketing team, you'll help drive performance and deliver results across multiple channels.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end campaign setup, execution, and reporting across TikTok, Meta, and Google Ads

• Monitor performance, analyse data, and make real-time optimisations to meet campaign objectives

• Collaborate with creative and content teams to align assets with campaign goals

• Provide weekly performance updates and insights

• Ensure campaigns are delivered within budget and to performance KPIs

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing paid media campaigns across TikTok, Meta, and Google Ads

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights

• Comfortable working independently in a busy environment

• Available to start immediately and commit for the full 4-week term

• Must be able to work inside IR35 (engaged via umbrella)
