Aspire are working with a leading Global Media and Tech Market Intelligence Organization who are looking to grow their team in the US. The successful candidate will assist in identifying opportunities and providing technical assistance to the global sales team pre-sale and during the sale cycle.
The Pre-Sales Engineer responsibilities will include:
* Maintain an expert knowledge of the organizations products and services.
* Working in collaboration with, and supporting the sales team before and during the sale cycle.
* Collaborating with the sales team when creating proposals and quotations.
* Developing and deliver expert presentations on products and services to clients.
* Offering technical support for the sales team when developing account strategies.
* Working with clients to remedy any technical issues within the sales process.
The Pre-Sales Engineer will have the following experience:
* 1- 2 years B2B sales/ marketing Experience
* Understanding of basic software skills (HTML etc.)
* Demonstrating excellent communication and presentation skills; in person, over the phone and in writing.
* You'll be someone who thrives in a competitive environment and to adapt to change easily
* Customer-centric, with a drive to deliver an amazing service at each interaction
