Presales Manager

Liverpool Street (Hybrid working)

£60k-£70k

We are looking for a Presales Manager to spearhead various pivotal tasks within our organisation. We are a non-profit blockchain-agnostic organisation that seeks to collaborate and co-create with industry, government, and academia under an open paradigm that spans all Layer 1 blockchain infrastructure providers. With operations in over 10 countries, our global headquarters is in London.

The successful candidate will primarily focus on Market Exploration and Insight, Lead Generation Strategies, Sales Initiatives and Client Acquisition, Product Enhancement and Oversight, Relationship Cultivation, Strategic Direction, Compliance and Risk Oversight, Education and Advocacy, Collaboration and Team Dynamics, Performance Evaluation and Reporting

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A profound understanding of and enthusiasm for the blockchain industry.
  • Experience in Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy implementation.
  • Proficiency in market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and trends.
  • Expertise in devising lead generation strategies across multiple channels, including digital marketing and social media.
  • Strong acumen in client engagement and negotiation, pivotal for sales and client acquisition.
  • Proven track record of collaborating with product development teams to implement enhancements based on market feedback.
  • Adeptness in building and nurturing client relationships, coupled with skills in upselling and cross-selling.
  • Experience in strategic planning and target setting, with a knack for adjusting strategies based on performance.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations, ethical standards, and risk management practices in emerging technologies.
  • Capability to deliver educational content and advocate for risk management in technology adoption.
  • Exceptional teamwork skills for seamless collaboration with diverse teams across the organisation.
  • Proficiency in monitoring sales performance and compiling insightful reports and recommendations.
  • Independence and accountability to manage all responsibilities, with minimal supervision, and possibly oversee a junior team member.
