Product Manager - Financial Services Compliance Software 🎯

Role Description:
We're partnered with a Fin-Tech compliance organisation seeking an experienced Product Manager to oversee the compliance software product requirements.
The software serves as a valuable tool for compliance professionals, facilitating their day-to-day tasks across various regulatory activities within the financial services sector.
Prior knowledge of the sector is advantageous for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the software "wish list" for modifications and new features.
- Provide priority recommendations to the CPO and contribute to steering the development roadmap.
- Collaborate internally with product owners, developers, sales, marketing, and support teams to prioritize product design and requirements.
- Conduct hands-on client listening and user research to understand needs, motivations, and pain points.
- Conduct market research to identify client needs, and market trends.
- Define product requirements, features, and specifications based on consumer insights and market analysis.
Essential Skills:
- Strong software product management experience and related roles.
- Strong ownership, accountability, and project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Emotional intelligence and consensus-building abilities.
