A leading, multinational marketing and advertising agency with a reputation for delivering cutting edge campaigns for a selection of clients across a multitude of sectors are now in the market for their next Programmatic Director.

This business has set up a hub to manage the Programmatic, Paid Search and Paid Social campaign delivery and execution for one very large client and this is your chance to be at the start of this from the ground floor!

The candidate that goes into this Programmatic Director role can expect to be driving the planning, strategy and execution of biddable paid media across over 60 regions, globally. Managing a team of 4 industry experts and guiding the work of another 15, you can expect to be surrounded by people that are motivated by their passion and enthusiasm for delivering the very best on behalf of their client. The Role

  • Working with internal stakeholders and the client directly to understand their aims and to showcase the understanding the agency has of the paid media landscape
  • Managing a team of 4 senior managers who will in turn manage a team of 15 to deliver cutting edge campaigns on behalf of this high spending brand
  • This is a business which aims to leverage data, technology and the skills of their team to it's fullest potential. Being able to spot opportunities, lead from the front with innovative thinking and ways of delivering audiences and maximising the knowledge of your team will be crucial

The Candidate

  • A genuine passion and enthusiasm for programmatic, paid search and social and the ability to turn client aims into deliverable campaigns
  • A background in international and global campaign delivery and experience in pitching ideas to client to get their buy in
  • Experience in multiple forms of programmatic and advertising technology. Key experience necessary is the use of various DSPs, adservers and Google Marketing Platform
  • Sound commercial acumen. Understanding that the data on the screen translates to revenue and ad spend and how best to achieve margin for the business and results for the client
