Currently recruiting for a Programmatic Manager to work on a portfolio of brands ensuring that programmatic campaigns are set up and fully optimised to ensure top performance, meting client KPI'S
The role
Be a dedicated programmatic expert across client's portfolio
Consultant for Display and Video platforms to drive efficiency
Recommend new opportunities to agency and client for programmatic spend
Support client's new data strategy ensuring data is collated efficiently
Maintain client relationships
Manage a team within the programmatic operation
Lead development of performance reports and offer strategic recommendations for future campaigns
Follow agency best practices and attention to detail
Recommend and demonstrate new opportunities to clients including new innovations to the market
Internal and external stakeholder management
Work on new business projects
In depth analysis of campaign performance
Ensure media is booked and reconciled on time according to the financial process
Liaise with 3rd party providers and partners to resolve any issues as they arise
Proactively contribute to team meetings, team initiatives and knowledge sharing
About you
Proven experience using the Trade Desk to trade and manage budgets within a digital agency
Demonstrate an understanding of different digital media buying platforms, tracking campaigns and able to troubleshoot
Competent in multiple digital streams including digital, PPC, Paid Social, Video and display
Have managed a team and able to train and delegate work to junior members of the team
Good communicator especially when dealing with internal and external stakeholders
Over delivered on client objectives
Willing to learn around programmatic platforms and how to trade and use platforms to deliver objectives.
Able to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects and meet multiple deadlines
Able to offer solutions and best practices
Can work independently but also with a wider team
Strong analytic thinking
