Are you fluent in French and passionate about data, technology, and digital media? We're recruiting for a Programmatic Trader to join a leading media organisation that is shaping the future of programmatic advertising. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and high-performing team, where you'll manage cutting-edge digital campaigns for globally recognised brands.

What You'll Be Doing:

Campaign Management & Execution

• Own the end-to-end setup, optimisation, and performance of programmatic campaigns

• Activate media across leading DSP platforms

• Continuously analyse performance data to exceed client KPIs and internal goals

• Use data to make real-time buying decisions and deliver high-impact results

Client Portfolio Development

• Help retain and grow client relationships through outstanding performance

• Deliver insights and strategic recommendations to drive account growth

• Produce clear, concise performance reports and campaign commentary

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Work closely with account managers, sales, product and analytical teams

• Collaborate with global operations teams for campaign support and insights

What We're Looking For:

• Fluency in French (spoken and written) is essential

• A degree in a numerate or analytic field (STEM, marketing, economics etc.)

• Confident handling large data sets and using Excel or BI tools

• Strong problem-solving skills and a methodical approach

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities

• A proactive, can-do attitude and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-moving environment
