They are looking for passionate quantitative Research Managers / Associate Directors with ideally 3+ years of experience within a market research agency to join their exciting team of superstar researchers. They follow a flexible working pattern blending 2 days' work from their spectacular Central London offices and 3 days working from home.

About the role

• Winning your own work, both within and beyond the company's existing client base.
• End-to-end responsibility for the successful delivery of projects.
• Demonstrating creative thinking with project winning proposals.
• Manage and develop more junior staff members.

About you

• Strong quantitative research background with experience in moderation.
• Confident in at all aspects of the project lifecycle.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and work in partnership with clients as well as develop more junior researchers.
