An industry leading pharma and healthcare research agency are now looking for an experienced Research Director. You will be working closely with an impressive portfolio of clients to help develop a variety of research programs surrounding a range of topics covering pharm and healthcare insights. This role will be working in the global team and therefore are looking at candidates who live in either North East America or London UK.

About the role

• Opportunity to utilise a variety of pioneering quantitative research techniques across a wide variety of full-service pharma research projects
• Overseeing junior members, developing winning proposals and bids, overseeing projects, working closely with board members to develop strategic processes
• Exploring new ideas and approaches with clients to help deliver truly impactful insights

About you

• Proven ability in full service quantitative pharma / healthcare primary research projects and managing teams
• Effective in developing junior researchers, enhancing workflows and ensuring the success of business critical projects
• Excited by the opportunity of working with a range of clients on highly strategic and consultative research initiatives
• Strong communication skills, enjoy working with a variety of stakeholders, building valuable professional relationships with senior management, colleagues and clients
