This role will be based in London, with some UK travel required and a flexible hybrid working model.

Key Duties of the Role:-

* Oversee the design and execution of qualitative research projects, including focus groups, interviews, and ethnographic studies.

* Develop research strategies tailored to client objectives.

* Guide the research team, ensuring high standards of analysis and insight generation.

* Interpret complex qualitative data to produce clear, actionable findings and recommendations.

* Liaise with clients to understand their needs and present findings in a compelling and meaningful way.

* Stay up to date with industry trends and innovative methodologies to enhance research practices.

* Identify new revenue opportunities, including existing client expansion.

* Be part of the senior team, creating a positive working environment.


The Candidate:-

* The ideal candidate will have a strong background in qualitative research, with a genuine passion for what they do. You will also be happy to still be hands-on with the research as well as overseeing other team members projects.

* Proficiency in a range of qualitative methods and tools, both traditional and digital.

* Strong analytical and interpretative skills to uncover insights from complex, unstructured data.

* Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to present findings clearly and persuasively.

* Leadership and team management skills to guide researchers and ensure quality delivery.

* Strategic thinking to align research approaches with broader business and client objectives.

* Strong interpersonal skills to build client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
