About the role of a Sales Executive:

• Book delegates onto learning courses
• Deliver first-class customer service to on boarded delegates
• Build and manage a pipeline of leads
• Respond to inbound enquiries quickly and professionally
• Provide full support to prospects in the pre-sale process
• Up sell or convert public course opportunities to in house opportunities as appropriate
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to support campaigns

About you:

• Passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service in-person or not
• Passion for sales
• Ability to build rapport and relationships
