Senior Account Manager.

Our brand new client is looking for an Senior Account Manager to join a leading full-service events agency based in the Head Quarters in Halifax where you will manage a key client account and oversee the event delivery and activity on this accounts.

This agency has won a host of awards and built an outstanding reputation. They produce and deliver conferences, award ceremonies, incentives, live events throughout the UK and internationally. Role and Responsibilities:

• Managing and overseeing projects from initial brief through to delivery and attending events on-site when required.
• Having a key focus on strategy input and direction.
• Project Lead on Large Scale events throughout the full event lifecycle, with full support of the team as required.
• Main point of contact and building relationships with client and stakeholders, on both live project updates and future opportunities.
• Client handling and direction on new business with support of Business Development Manager/Account Director.
• Monitoring customer satisfaction post sale and ensuring a high level of customer service internally.
• Finance responsibility (CRM) and reports to be produced monthly for Account Director review.
• Training, mentoring and guiding members of the team - Project Executive, Project Managers, Account Managers

The candidate:

Currently working as a Senior Account Manager level within an integrated, events or experiential agency. You with have significant experience in client relationship management, develop strategic relationships, managing a team as well as overseeing event and experiential delivery across the account.
