Senior AV Executive.

I am looking for an experienced AV Planner/Buyer to become an integral member of the AV team for this award-winning agency. Someone with a strong background in broadcast media and a drive to deliver outstanding results for clients.

Responsibilities include:

• Media Planning and Buying: Utilise expertise in media planning and buying products, tools, and services to support the team in delivering solid plans and driving innovation.
• Client Presentations: Act as a trusted expert and present confidently to clients.
• Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal client teams to deliver strong AV recommendations, reports, and campaign analysis.
• Performance Campaigns: Manage daily responses for performance campaigns.
• Negotiation: Employ strong negotiation skills for daily trading.
• Team Support: Provide support and guidance to junior team members.

The ideal candidate:

• 2 years+ of AV experience, ideally from an agency background.
• Proven experience in buying and planning TV and online video for various clients.
• Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to briefs.
• Strong numeracy skills, attention to detail, and time management.
• Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Capability to brief and manage media owners.
• Ability to think beyond traditional TV spots.
