Senior Conference Producer.

This role offers an experienced and exceptional conference producer the opportunity to determine strategy, and the creative free-rein to innovate and take a well-established large scale events portfolio to the next level, as well as identify new areas of growth and launch potential, alone or alongside partners.

KEY SKILLS:

• Strategic vision - the ability to grow revenues and optimise profit margins on a portfolio of prestigious events

• Innovative & creative thinking- the desire to think creatively, to innovate and to shape a product around customer needs

• Proven track record in attracting the most senior speaker faculty in any given community, as well as relevant non-industry commentators

• Strong commercial awareness - consistently meeting revenue targets, creating new commercial opportunities and working very closely with commercial teams and their clients

• Experience in working across different sectors, markets and/or geographies

• Successful track record in launching new event ideas from scratch and seeing the new project through from idea to completion

• Experience in producing and delivering on digital events and products

• Exceptional project management and organisational skills - the ability to set achievable project management goals and to ensure these goals are met

• Time management with an ability to multi-task and attention to detail

Requirements:

Candidates MUST have previous Conference Production experience.
