Our client, a world-leading business specialising in B2B conferences, is looking to add a Senior Conference Producer to their Central London team.

This is an opportunity to work on a pharma portfolio of conferences, covering the full production cycle. Research, speaker acquisition and programme creation.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, offering flexible, hybrid working (3 days a week from their Central London office) and salaries of up to £40K + event bonuses (£5-10K OTE)

Responsibilities:

• Produce roughly 7-8 conferences per annum
• Research key themes and topics that will not only be captivating, but also commercially viable
• Speaker acquisition, typically 80+ speakers invited to events
• Produce the programme
• Collaborate internally with sales, marketing and operations to ensure event targets are met

The Person:

• 2+ years conference production
• Ideally you'll come from a life science portfolio / degree, however this is not essential
• You'll be driven to progress, this is a company that supports in its employees development and career advancement
• You will be commercially minded, with the organisation skills and can-do attitude to be truly successful
