• Agency Initiatives: Support the Managing Director with key agency projects.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor 2 Executives.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experienced Pro: 3+ years in digital media planning and buying.
• Platform Savvy: Proficient with Google Campaign Manager, Facebook Business Manager, Google AdWords, and Google Analytics.
• Mentorship Skills: Experienced in guiding and supporting junior team members.
