We're looking for a confident, hands-on marketing professional to take ownership of B2B events and awards. You'll manage the marketing cycle end-to-end-creating campaign assets, running digital channels, driving registrations, and working with sponsors and partners.

What you'll be doing:
✨ Lead marketing for a portfolio of events: conferences, awards, half-day events, roundtables & podcasts
✨ Build engaging web pages and campaign assets that stand out
✨ Run integrated campaigns across email, social media & digital channels
✨ Target the right audiences, collaborating with Sales, Editorial & Product teams
✨ Manage sponsor and partner relationships to maximise visibility & engagement
✨ Track, measure & optimise campaigns to hit targets
✨ Present marketing strategy and results confidently across teams

Who we're looking for:
✅ Proven experience in B2B events & awards marketing, managing multiple campaigns at once
✅ Strong skills in email marketing, CRM & social media (LinkedIn essential; Pardot a plus)
✅ Excellent project management, organisation & attention to detail
✅ Confident, proactive, able to work from a plan with minimal hand-holding
✅ Awards experience preferred; financial/market intelligence knowledge a bonus
✅ Creative eye for content & design; comfortable with Canva, CMS & email builders
✅ Strong communicator & collaborator across teams
