As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will lead marketing strategy and execution across schools in Italy. This role offers the chance to design and deliver creative, data-driven campaigns that will have a direct impact on student enrolment and retention, while working at the centre of an international organisation.

The Role:

• Developing and implementing annual marketing plans to support enrolment goals.
• Managing multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, OOH, PR, social media).
• Overseeing design projects and producing marketing collateral when needed.
• Partnering with school leadership and admissions teams to deliver tailored campaigns.
• Monitoring performance, optimising activity, and managing budgets.
• Building strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring brand consistency.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships with the regional CEO and central marketing teams.

The Candidate:

• 5-7 years' experience in a cross-channel marketing position.
• Strong multi-channel marketing expertise across digital, PR, collateral, and social.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A hands-on approach, with the ability to manage projects from strategy to execution.
• Sharp commercial awareness, with experience using insights to drive results.
• Fluency in Italian and English is essential.
