Our client, a B2B financial services start-up, is looking to add a Senior Marketing Manager to their fast-growing London based team.
This is an opportunity to join an exciting fintech as they scale up, working closely with the Head of Marketing, you will be at the forefront of pushing the brand forward. Covering B2B marketing with a specific focus on lead generation as well as line management of 3 direct reports.
This is a full time, permanent opportunity, offering hybrid working (3 days a week from their central London based HQ) and salaries of up to £80,000.
Responsibilities:
- Line management of 3 direct reports
- Own the content marketing strategy
- Lead content creation from conceptualisation to delivery across all channels
- Ensure that storytelling is at the heart of the content
- Develop TOV and be brand guardian for content
- Optimisation of content and campaigns
The Person:
- Marketing expert, with the ability to create exceptional campaigns, as well as lead, drive and create content.
- Financial services industry experience would be preferable, however, candidates with strong B2B experience will be considered.
- Experience of managing and mentoring teams.
- Content marketing experience, you'll be a great copywriter, with a grasp of creating content across a variety of formats
