📍 Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days in office)
💰 Salary: Up to £60,000 + Bonus (OTE £70k)

We're working with a fast-growing digital agency in London that's looking for a Paid Social pro to join their performance team.

This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes paid social, enjoys getting stuck into high-value accounts, and wants to lead on strategy and execution while mentoring a junior exec.

• Planning, executing and optimising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snap, and more

• Managing day-to-day client relationships and reporting on performance

• Supporting on audits, new business pitches and campaign insights

• Collaborating with internal teams to deliver best-in-class campaigns

• 3+ years of hands-on paid social experience

• Confident communicator - both with clients and internal teams

• Data-driven, strategic mindset

• Bonus: any PPC knowledge is a plus

• Hybrid working - 3 days in
