Want to work for a global, independent agency that is experiencing a period of rapid growth?
I am looking for a skilled Senior Programmatic Account Manager to take charge of a selection of key accounts for the agency.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing innovative and target-oriented performance marketing strategies.
- Educating internal and external stakeholders (inc. clients) on the programmatic landscape.
- Leading and assisting with client relationships and communications with key stakeholders.
- Supporting team with implementing, optimising and reporting on programmatic campaigns across multiple DSPs including DV360, Hawk, Hivestack & Amazon.
- Ensuring a constant test and learn approach is applied across your clients.
- Collaborating with the wider paid media team to ensure that programmatic strategy is aligned with paid search & paid social activations.
- Analysing and drawing insight from third-party analytics data.
- Producing and delivering clear and concise reports and recommendations to clients.
- Administering all budget activity, including budget recommendations, invoicing and billing.
The ideal candidate:
- 3+ years of experience in programmatic advertising - preferably agency experience.
- Strong working experience and knowledge across DV360 and CM360 is essential, with experience in one or more of TTD, Hawk, Amazon or Hivestack desirable.
- Proven expertise in working with programmatic partners across ad formats including Display, CTV, Audio and DOOH.
- Adept at performance measurement and gaining key insights from in-platform reporting and other analytics platforms (e.g. GA4) to inform strategic opportunities.
- Desire to work across a broad range of live entertainment clients, from theatre shows to music festivals and immersive experiences.
- Confidence in communicating with a broad range of key stakeholders, including anticipating client needs and managing client relationships.
- Experience in managing a team of junior digital marketing professionals.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, including an ability to communicate complicated information in a straightforward way for our clients.
