Senior Qualitative Director - Consultancy.

An esteemed consultancy in strategic research, is currently in search of a Senior Qualitative Research Director, to enhance and lead their qualitative offering. They have a global presence and excel in amalgamating amalgamating data, human behaviour, technology, and creativity to deliver tailored solutions for prominent brands worldwide. Recognised for their ingenuity and excellence they can also boast an array of industry awards too. Based in central London, they offer a hybrid working pattern.

The Senior Director will lead the qualitative division, collaborating closely with quantitative experts. The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping and executing the company's qualitative offerings, focusing on project management, team development, client relations, and financial stewardship, across a range of sectors, including media, entertainment, FMCG and finance.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Spearhead growth initiatives and innovation endeavours across the company and qualitative team
- Develop and mentor team members, emphasising research methodologies, storytelling, and innovation
- Form and implement insightful research initiatives, driving actionable insights for clients
- Cultivate robust client relationships through effective communication and strategic proposals
- Responsibility for P&L and growth of the team
- Winning new business
- Demonstrate strategic acumen and creativity through engaging presentations and debriefs

Requirements:-

- Strong track record in qualitative research, well versed across a variety of methodologies with a genuine passion for what you do

- Exceptional leadership, communication and presentation skills

- Ability to succeed in formulating winning proposals and implementing innovative methodologies

- Proven ability in leading and developing teams, ensuring future success
