As the Senior Social Media Executive, you will drive engaging and effective social media campaigns across the Italian region, working closely with the Social Media Manager to execute strategic, data-driven initiatives.

The Role:

• Plan, implement, and manage paid social campaigns across Italy.
• Develop innovative organic social strategies to enhance brand presence.
• Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to shape Italy's overall social strategy.
• Share social media best practices with marketing teams and senior stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including brand awareness, ROI, and customer retention.

The Candidate:

• 3+ years of experience in paid social and organic social media advertising.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Meta.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign performance reporting.
• Fluent in English
