The team have weekly yoga and exercise classes and a dog friendly office.

The Role

• Balance marketing initiatives against user experience, client budgets and brand strategy
• Recommend and prioritise fixes for technical issues that could impact organic performance.
• Strategise and coordinate content campaigns to complement technical strategies.
• Identify opportunities that will involve other departments (including design, development, PR and content) and collaborate regularly with them to produce the highest standard of work.
• Analyse and improve campaign performance.

The Person

• Confidence in building keyword research strategies, undertaking technical audits and executing content marketing for search.
• Comfortable and confident in using analytics packages and keyword reporting software to diagnose, report and gather evidence.
• Good understanding of Paid Search and synergies with organic performance is a bonus.
• Understanding of Google Analytics and Google Search Console
• SEMrush (or other equivalent search tools)
