This globally recognised brand, headquartered in Italy, are looking to bring on board a Shopper Insight Manager to work in their Italian offices.

This is a fantastic and exciting opportunity, for someone to lead on all shopper insights and buyer behaviour, on a global level. The purpose of the role is to maximise shopper understanding within the company by utilising a range of qualitative and quantitative insights, to drive business decisions around shopper and brand strategy.

The Role
* Following the briefs from the Marketing Strategy team, you will be responsible for designing the research programme that best meets the objectives
* Working closely with the research agencies, to oversee high quality shopper studies that capture all intended outcomes
* You will develop an in-depth understanding of the shopper journey and key points of shopper path to purchase
* Presenting the insights within the global and local business teams, to drive strategy all over the world
* You will be the centre of global knowledge in shopper Insights, and the go to support within the team

The Candidate
* You will be an established Associate or Research Director, with experience working with both quantitative and qualitative methodologies
* To enable you to hit the ground running, strong experience in FMCG or food and drink sectors, is a must
* You will be confident and experienced in every stage of the research process across quantitative and qualitative studies including; proposal writing and briefing, project design, analysis, reporting and presenting.
* You will have exceptional communication skills, with a clear ability to develop positive interpersonal skills and convey your ideas and deliver actionable insights to the internal stakeholders
