Aspire is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Manager to join and help elevate a growing investment platform. Based in Dubai, UAE, this role is ideal for someone with a solid agency background and a deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and strategies.

We are looking for a passionate individual who excels at driving engagement and amplifying brand presence across multiple accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the creative team to produce compelling social media content that aligns with company objectives and trends.
  • Create and implement social media strategies across various platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Manage multiple social media accounts, ensuring consistent and timely posting.
  • Oversee the end-to-end management of the social media calendar, including content planning, scheduling, and optimisation.
  • Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics, generate insights, and adjust strategies to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Actively engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Engage with and build rapport with other online communities that align with our brand.
  • Generate monthly reports to track key social media metrics, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and provide recommendations for optimisation.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge and drive innovation in social media marketing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably within an agency setting, managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A creative thinker with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling.
  • Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work in a busy environment.
