Social Media Manager.

As the agency continues to grow, the business is looking for a Social Media Manager to lead social across both our client accounts and the agency's channels. You will join a team of thinkers, creators, and doers who value autonomy, collaboration, and bold ideas.

The Role:

• Lead the planning, creation, and publishing of content across platforms, including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X
• Own monthly content calendars for a portfolio of clients (mainly B2B) aligned with their brand and business goals
• Lead creation of social-first assets such as carousels, Reels, and TikTok, using tools like CapCut
• Manage and mentor Social Media Executives, supporting their growth and content delivery
• Brief and work closely with designers and creators to ensure top-tier content
• Lead performance analysis and monthly reporting, identifying optimisations and key learnings
• Support and lead on social-first activations, influencer briefs, and content shoots as required

The Candidate:

• 3+ years' experience in a fast-paced agency or brand-side social media role
• Strong copywriter with the ability to craft content in line with varied brand tones
• Proven experience in B2B social strategy and execution with measurable impact
• Confidently managing multiple client accounts, timelines, and stakeholders
• Experience leading or mentoring junior team members, such as Social Media Executives
• Skills in Canva or video editing tools like CapCut are a big plus
