🚀 We're Hiring: Sponsorship Sales Manager
📍 Ware, Hertfordshire (Onsite)
🕒 Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5pm
💷 Salary: £40K-£60K

Looking for your next step in B2B events and sponsorship sales? Join a growing organisation delivering international tech & cybersecurity events across the UK, Europe, and North America. 🌍

You'll work closely with senior professionals including CIOs, CISOs, CDOs, CFOs and other C-Suite colleagues - supporting business growth and building lasting partnerships. 🤝

🔑 What You'll Be Doing

* Develop and implement sponsorship sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
* Identify and qualify new sponsors across tech & cybersecurity
* Build and maintain strong relationships with senior contacts
* Prepare and present tailored sponsorship proposals
* Negotiate and close sponsorship agreements
* Work with internal teams to design high-value event packages
* Maintain an organised CRM-driven sales pipeline

🌟 What We're Looking For

✔ 2+ years in sponsorship or B2B sales
✔ Experience achieving sales targets
✔ Clear communicator with negotiation skills
✔ Able to manage multiple projects effectively
✔ Tech/cyber event experience is a plus
✔ Self-motivated with a focus on achieving goals
