Programmatic Account Manager - £40-45K + Bonus (OTE £60-65K)
Location: London (Hybrid)

We're working with a fast-paced, award-winning business in the programmatic and digital media space, seeking a Programmatic Account Manager to manage and grow key client relationships across gaming, media agencies and ad tech.

This is a pivotal role within a collaborative, commercially-minded team that values initiative, agility, and high performance. If you're looking to take your career to the next level in a business that recognises and promotes talent, this is the role for you.

The Opportunity

Take ownership of well-established, high-value client accounts
Work across campaign strategy, trading, optimisation and client communication
Opportunity to grow quickly - the previous AM was promoted internally after winning a major company award

What We're Looking For:

2-3 years' experience in a media agency, ad tech platform or programmatic role
Strong background in campaign management, client services, planning or trading
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Commercially aware, adaptable under pressure, and process-driven
Backgrounds considered: Programmatic, digital planning, AV or trading

Package & Benefits

£40,000-£45,000 base salary
15% performance bonus + company profit share
Total OTE £60,000-£65,000
Hybrid working with excellent progression opportunities
