Strategy Director.

I am looking for a Strategy Director to join the Strategy Team.

The Role:

• As the Strategy Director your primary goal role will be the creation and implementation of creative strategies, for a selection of key accounts.
• Maintain relationships with a variety of senior stakeholders (both internal and external), throughout the end-to-end DCO campaign process.
• Ensure strategies & technologies continue to stay market-leading.
• Develop strong relationships across the network, including supporting wider new business pitches, In addition to building a strong commercial understanding of all our clients.
• You will work closely with the Head of Strategy to manage & mentor junior team member, and co-lead various team initiatives.

The Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years in an appropriate media role.
• Strong understanding of the digital media landscape and associated processes (media planning, buying, activation principles etc.) from a programmatic and/or social perspective.
• Previous experience of conceiving and delivering DCO campaigns.
• Experience working with key senior stakeholders (both internal, client and agency)
• Previous experience of managing junior team members.
• Strong attention to detail, especially around aesthetics and large data sets (reporting)
• Confidence in building measurement frameworks to measure the success of any digital strategies activated
• Experienced strategic thinker.
• Knowledge of social ads manager platforms.
• Knowledge of ad serving incl. HTML5 and its capabilities.
