UK Qualified

London, Cardiff or Gloucester base (remote working supported)

£60,000 - £75,000 + package

Your Profile

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Qualified Trade Mark Attorney who is keen to work on a range of branding portfolios, adding immediate value to existing client relationships. You should possess a minimum of 4 years experience and enjoy the variety and challenges of modern practice environments.

The successful Trade Mark Attorney should also be commercially minded, hard-working, self-motivated, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work closely with direct clients is essential.

You enjoy the challenge of advising clients of all sizes with their respective Trade Mark portfolios, and being regarded as a legal professional with a keen eye for detail.

You'll be handling a large proportion of direct clients, which includes a broad portfolio of Fashion, FMCG and Technology brands. You'll be accountable for trade mark searches, applications, oppositions, and portfolio management, working alongside a close-knit team of Trade Mark professionals.
