REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Skills & Experience - Essential |
· A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Marketing or Web related) · Demonstrable experience in a similar digital marketing role · Proficiency in the following: o UX o SEO o Project Management o HTML o CSS o Performance marketing o Strategic planning and budget management · Data-driven and have superior quantitative and qualitative analytic skills · First class presentation skills including the creation of well-thought-out presentation decks · Self-motivated and self-directed · Good time management skills · Team-oriented with ability to earn trust, work with, and influence others within a consensus driven organisation · Attention to detail with ability to execute projects from beginning to end through high-level organisation skills and multi-tasking · Possesses great ability to identify potential negative or crisis situations and apply conflict resolution principles · Possess a pro-active, solutions-oriented and can-do attitude, ready to go the extra mile when needed · Ability to travel as required (5%)
Key Role responsibilities: Key Results Areas · Develop and own clearly defined platform development and traffic acquisition roadmaps that defines the set of initiatives to achieve KPIs and reach our strategic targets. · Leverage new and innovative opportunities to position ROCKWOOL as an industry leader in the digital space Key Responsibilities and Job Content · Own and manage our CMS, working with various stakeholders (including internal developers) to ensure website meets business needs and standards · Develop and own a comprehensive UX strategy for us that defines the set of initiatives to achieve our GCR targets and brings simplicity and user-friendliness to our website and other digital assets. This includes: o Organising and reporting on usability testing and market research o Develop a deep understanding of our user profiles to help inform future planning o Collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences o Conducting periodic content audits to identify gaps and redundancies in site content · Develop and own a detailed SEO strategy that defines the set of initiatives to achieve our search engine targets, that aligns with our brand strategy and boosts our search authority. This includes: o Creating engaging, search optimised content that addresses the needs of our multiple stakeholders o Performing ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimisation o Developing and implementing a link building strategy o Monitoring search algorithms to keep up with changes in SEO landscape
