Website Manager.

As the Web Manager, you will drive website performance globally, working closely with the Digital, UX and CRM teams.

The Role:

• Serve as the first point of contact for all website changes and support.
• Lead web optimisation efforts, focusing on enhancing the customer journey.
• Collaborate with UX specialists to test, design, and implement improvements.
• Manage and mentor a team of six direct reports, driving performance and innovation.
• Share web best practices with internal teams and senior stakeholders.

The Candidate:

• 5+ years of experience in website management.
• Proven track record of optimising website journeys for better user experience.
• Experience leading and managing a team.
• Proficiency in website/SEO tools such as Google Analytics and Screaming Frog.
• Hands-on experience with WordPress CMS.
