About the company:

I am partnered with a client of ours within the Market Research sector who are focused on working with brands to understand and measure their advertising effectiveness. As a result, they provide brands with informed, actionable and relevant insight that drives better campaign understanding and positive results across the advertising industry.

Our client works with some of the world's leading brands, ad agencies and media owners to understand the effectiveness of their online and offline advertising.

Their clientele consists of LADBIBLE, Samsung, Sky, Mars, Deloitte, Mediacom, Unilever. ITV, Mindshare and more!

The role:

As a key member of Sales in to the Head of Advertising. You will be responsible generating sales and driving growth in a new sector for the business, the direct advertiser sector selling their exciting, first in market, passive cross channel ad effectiveness product.

Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Creating / advancing / executing strategic plans to reach sales targets
  • Expanding the customer base amongst advertiser direct client..
  • Creating strong and effective stakeholder relationships.
  • Identifying new business opportunities
  • Representing the business at conferences, trade fairs and networking events
  • Maximising new business development opportunities

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven track record in achieving new business sales targets
  • Proven track record in working with advertisers within either a media agency or research agency
  • Strong understanding of media research specifically advertising effectiveness research
  • Strong internal and external written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools such as a Salesforce/Hubspot
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly MS packages
  • Knowledge of Google Workplace would be an advantage
