We are partnered with a DCO specialist agency that enables brands to deliver audience-first, data-driven creative, personalised to users across Display, Video, Social, DOOH, Audio, and e-commerce channels. They also provide programmatic rich media production capabilities to brands, and creative and planning teams.

They work with the likes of Volkswagen, Bacardi, Mercedes, McDonald's, Canon, PepsiCo, Barclays, HSBC, Levi's & many more!

The role:

As an Account Executive within the Client Services team, you will support the entire end-to-end DCO process, working closely alongside internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of client objectives. Your role will encompass stakeholder relationship management, driving client strategies, team development, and commercial management.

  • Provides day-to-day interaction with key external stakeholders, both clients, media, and creative agencies
  • Delivers campaign progress through close communication of DCO projects (via email, status calls, and meetings) and ensures expectations are managed in line with SLAs
  • Ensuring the output being shared to client aligns with their overall DCO objectives and KPIs, with an emphasis on high-quality work and seamless time management and delivery.
  • Efficiently managing the throughput of specialist teams by communicating thorough and detailed briefs, whilst always aligning with the Project Manager on how best to approach a new piece of work.
  • Monitoring all client deliverables in relation to the agreed scope to ensure our service relates to our commitment whilst recognising growth opportunities to encourage higher adoption of services

About you:

  • At least 6 months experience in a similar position within media and advertising
  • Ideally some experience within or working with network agencies
  • Showcase experience managing client conversations and building relationships
  • Good problem-solving skills
