We have a current opportunity for a Sales & Marketing Operations Executive on a permanent basis. The position will be based in London. For further information about this position please apply.

Our client is on the lookout for a highly organised, detail-oriented professional to support their growing sales team. This hybrid role blends operational efficiency with strong communication skills-you'll be instrumental in shaping standout proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs), while also keeping the sales engine running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You'll Be Doing

📝 Proposal & Statement of Work (SOW) Management

  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather input and craft persuasive proposals and SOWs

  • Draft and format sales documents in line with brand guidelines and company templates

  • Create clear, concise meeting summaries and follow-ups after sales engagements

  • Oversee the proposal/SOW review and approval cycle to ensure timely delivery

  • Maintain a well-organised template and document library

  • Track and update the sales team on proposal/SOW progress and status

📊 Sales Operations Support

  • Own day-to-day sales operations, including CRM (Hubspot) management and pipeline tracking

  • Generate and interpret sales reports to spot trends and identify improvement areas

  • Ensure sales data integrity and maintain up-to-date process documentation

  • Coordinate internal sales meetings and training initiatives

  • Support order processing and accurate record-keeping across systems

  • Assist in the rollout of new tools, processes, and systems to streamline workflows


What They're Looking For

✔️ Must-Haves

  • Experience in sales operations, proposal management, or a similar support role

  • Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDIC or MEDDPICC

  • CRM experience (ideally Hubspot) plus proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

  • Excellent written communication and an eagle eye for detail

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • A proactive mindset and a collaborative spirit

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience drafting proposals and SOWs in a B2B or services environment
