Account Manager.

The client is a well-established award-winning integrated marketing agency, with a team of around 90 paid search, outreach, creative and analytics experts.

Recently backed by an Italian technology-based marketing company, they still give the feel of an independent agency, through a close-knit and collaborative team.

They are now looking to expand their creative account management team, by hiring 2x Account Managers

The aim of the Account Manager will be to bolster the creative account management ranks to help manage and grow a range of clients across multiple industries

Within the creative team, clients range from tech giants, sports, retailers, beauty, energy, banking and beyond, with clients including Panasonic, Gulf Oil, Prudential, Japan Airlines, Unicorn Darts and Vodafone.

This is a full time permanent opportunity paying up to £38k basic salary, plus hybrid working, 3 days in office (Tues/Weds/Thurs) and 2 days WFH - offices based in Victoria.

Responsibilities

• Managing multiple projects across different clients and creative disciplines (from brand strategy and creative development, to video production, photoshoots, digital campaign roll-out, copywriting, website development and more)
• Ensuring all projects are delivered on time and on budget
• Understanding the full 'marketing mix' - from digital, social and inbound to media, PR and data - employing your knowledge with confidence
• Working well with and managing the design studio team (designers, animators, editors, strategists, UX specialists) to ensure creative outputs are quality and efficient, hitting the client brief.
• Being approachable, passionate and thinking ahead about the needs of the team, the account and the client -prioritising, delegating and understanding resourcing needs.

The Person

• Minimum 2-3 years' experience at a creative agency in a client facing account management based role.
• Demonstrate administrative excellence through organisation, a flawless eye for detail and the ability to multi-task
• Demonstrate a strong commercial understanding (being comfortable with pricing strategies, invoicing and managing suppliers)
• Take direction from the leadership team, but have the confidence to showcase your own ideas and think outside of the box
• Calm under pressure, working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
