🚀 Account Manager - US Market

Location: Remote (U.S.) | Full-time
Salary: $90,000 base + commission

🎯 The Role

As Account Manager - US Market, you will drive growth, build strong relationships, and expand our presence across the United States. You'll focus on acquiring, onboarding, and supporting top-tier architecture firms and key brands, helping to grow revenue while strengthening the platform's position as the go-to solution for architects and design professionals.

You'll combine strategy, precision, and persistence, leveraging a modern tech stack (HubSpot, Clay, Smartlead) and proven outreach systems to generate leads, manage pipelines, and drive meaningful partnerships.


💡 Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, acquire, and onboard leading architecture firms and brands.

  • Execute multi-channel outreach: calls, email, LinkedIn, and in-person where applicable.

  • Build and nurture strong client relationships.

  • Represent the company at industry events.

  • Provide market insights, competitor feedback, and reporting.

  • Maintain accurate CRM data and continuously improve outreach sequences and processes.


👤 About You

  • Confident communicator via telephone, video, and email.

  • Experienced with CRM and sales tech tools (HubSpot, Clay, Apollo).

  • Familiar with lead-qualification frameworks (SPICED, BANT).

  • Emotionally intelligent, adaptable, and coachable.

  • Motivated by measurable results and client success.

  • 15-20 meetings attended per week

  • ≥10 qualified opportunities generated per month

  • 35-40% conversion from opportunity to sale

  • CRM hygiene and pipeline accuracy at 100%

  • Quick, professional response to client communications
