AV Manager.

As the AV Investment Manager you will be responsible for developing and activating media plans across all AV channels including linear and addressable TV, Broadcaster VOD, Radio, and Cinema.

Responsibilities Include:

• Managing and delivering campaigns.
• Completing media performance reviews and audits with the help of the senior team.
• Working closely with media owners to develop relationships and get the best solutions for clients.
• Working alongside the Planning Leads to develop AV media strategies and plans
• Creating clear presentations to communicate recommendations to clients
• Supporting the marketing of the agency through writing case studies, blog posts and via social media.
• Assist with recruitment and development of junior members of the team.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Strong knowledge of the UK AV landscape, particularly linear TV and BVOD.
• Good knowledge of addressable TV, Connected TV.
• Good knowledge of TV planning & buying systems and tech platforms such as Techedge and K2.
• Preferable experience with planning and buying radio and cinema.
• Solid understanding of the planning process from initial client brief to post-campaign analysis and presentation.
• Skillset to develop buying updates, campaign updates and reviews.
• Confident with presenting to internal and external stake-holders.
• Excellent client-handling skills.
• Natural team player and able to manage multiple tasks.
