Client Account Manager.

We are looking for a Client Account Manager to assist with account management, client management, and comms planning with a large UK household brand

Responsibilities Include:

• Supporting the Account Director and manage the day-today of the account.
• Integration with the wider client and specialist teams to ensure all campaigns deliver to client objectives and are planned, implemented, and reported upon effectively.
• Working closely with the Digital Account Manager, as well as a wider team of media channel specialists.
• Taking ownership of campaign implementation - leading on POs, booking deadlines, creative delivery, and campaign reporting.
• Leading on the finance process, ensuring reconciled plans are delivered on a monthly basis, and that finance queries are solved in a timely manner.
• Line-manage the Account Exec and support them with workload management.

The Ideal Candidate:

• At least 3 years' media agency experience who is confident planning online and offline channels.
• You will be comfortable running weekly client status meetings and weekly inter-agency status calls.
• You will have experience forming relationships with key clients (e.g. Media Managers, Brand Managers).
• You will have expert knowledge in how to implement a campaign, ensuring all media channels are booked on time, and that creative assets are delivered on time and to spec.
• You will have excellent spoken and written communication skills with proven expertise in presentation storytelling to deliver impactful, persuasive proposals to clients.
• Have strong capabilities within use of data and tools to provide evidence-based media strategies to meet client objectives
