Our client brings marketing, care and commerce together in one CX platform with the aim to help businesses close the customer experience gap.
With over 20 years of industry experience, they are now looking for a Customer Success Manager in Singapore to help their clients adopt their technology to grow and scale their business regardless of industry. You will be based in Singapore and supporting customers across the JAPAC region.
- Onboarding new clients, building and driving retention of client relationships
- Highlighting the company's solutions to address clients' issues and business goals
- Providing day-to-day support for customers in the JAPAC region, being accountable for service adoption
- Working closely with different teams to create effective sales strategies as the company grows and develops
- Creating a successful growth plan on assigned accounts to grow the service
- Following up on KPIs including renewals, upsells and adoption
- Minimum 5 years' experience in SaaS/SW/Digital Marketing/Agency sales
- Proven track record of retention and growth
- Expert in MarTech, able to understand complex products
- Effective negotiation skills coupled with strong sales instincts
- Fluent in English, additional language is a bonus
- Data-driven, pays attention to detail
- Competitive, driven and open-minded
